REFUND POLICY

  • A refund request will be deemed valid only if it is made through an email to customersupport@skillizen.com or a call to our helpline number: +91 8750679770. The refund will be made into the source account.
  • If at any time you feel dissatisfied with the service, please reach out to our academic advisors. We will do our best to address your concerns. If you still decide to discontinue the service and cancel the subscription, Skillizen offers a 'No questions asked' pro-rated refund.
  • For example:
    If you purchase 80 Session Group Format subscription plan for INR 29,600 at a discount of 25%, and pay INR 22,200 and you decide to discontinue the service after 40 sessions, you are eligible for refund of: Cost of unused sessions
    = Cost of (80-40) sessions
    = Cost of 80 sessions
    = INR 500 for Refund Processing fees
    (As per calculations, Fee per class = INR 370) Thus, (370 x 40) -500
    = INR 22200-14800 Thus, the customer is eligible for a refund of INR 7400
  • Once the refund has been initiated, the refund amount is expected to reflect as per the payment method:
    For Net banking / UPI: Refund will be processed on the same day & is expected to be credited to the same account in 1 - 2 business days.
    For Credit cards/ Debit cards/ other modes: Refund will be processed on the same day & is expected to be credited in 5 - 7 business days.
    Note: If the customer has availed EMI options, refund will be done on the basis of the EMI installment(s) paid, including surcharges and other fees applicable.
    *Refunds timelines and taxes (if applicable) depend on Bank turnaround times and RBI guidelines.
